How To Prepare A Return?

• The item must be the returned within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund.
• Ensure the purchased item isn’t damaged.
• The item must be the returned in its original condition and packaging with certificate included.
• Shipping expenses for returns are to be paid by the buyer. Shipping on international orders will not be the refunded, only the purchase price of the item.
• Please return with a tracking number to ensure appropriate delivery.
• We require 5 to 7 business days for processing your return after receiving the item back.
